During the month of July 2011, Gucci Timepieces and Jewelry increased its presence in China with two new watch and jewelry ‘shop-in-shop’ (SIS) retail outlets in Wuhan.

A press day was held on July 19th in the first SIS located in the Xinyu Old Hengdali watch store. The second shop-in-shop is situated in Wuhan’s New World Department Store in Qiaokou. 22 local press guests were invited to visit the boutique, view the latest novelties and for a short presentation of the Gucci brand.

Pieces on display included the Gucci 90th anniversary models, the 1921 timepiece, Grammy I-Gucci and the latest U-Play model. Guests were also introduced to the Gucci Fine Jewelry and Silver collection.
